What meaning do all fields have?

Addressing all fields in the New faxbox tab from left to right and top to bottom.

Name of the faxbox*:
Default name faxbox. Example: Faxbox or Front Desk

Choose the color of faxbox:
This option give the faxbox a color which could be usefull when color coding.

Caller ID*:
This option configures the outgoing number when sending faxes with the faxbox

For how long do you want to keep fax messages:
This option configures how long fax messages are stored on the panel.

Extra email:
We will send an email to this address for each fax received. This field is optional and is in addition to the user permissions found below.

Adding Permissions*:
The part gives admin users the possibility to add users and their permissions to the faxbox.

Send - If enabled this gives the user the possibility to send faxes through the user panel.
Read - If enabled this gives the user the possibility to read faxes through the user panel.
Delete - If enabled this gives the user the possibility to delete faxes through the user panel.
Notify via email - The User receives an e-mail with the Fax as PDF file. You can change user e-mailaddresses in the user configuration tab. If you cannot find this option click here to see the page.
