Sound App

With the sound app, you can play an audio file in your call plan. This could be for greeting your customer, or for a closed message without the option to leave a voicemail.

When you add sound, you have the option to select a file that has already been uploaded.

Haven’t uploaded any files yet? Click on "Upload sound file." You can then upload a file by clicking on "Upload," followed by "Save."

File Formats
Our platform currently supports .wav and .mp3 audio files.
