Smart Phonebook

Due to the rapid growth in the use of WebCalls, we received a strong demand to add a phonebook to the Kwebbl UC panel. Since many users already have a phonebook in other applications, we decided to build a phonebook integration (the Smart Phonebook). This allows users to easily link their current phonebook application, such as Google Contacts, Contacts+, or CRM systems, to synchronize all contacts to the UC panel. In this way, we prevent customers from having to create a second phonebook in the UC panel and keep contact updates and maintenance centralized to one source.

After linking the phonebook, the contacts are automatically synced into:
