Below is a list of short codes you can use on your phone to enable or disable certain functions.

📞 Anonymous Calling

Code	Function

`*32[number]`	Toggle anonymous calling for the next call on/off.
`*32`	Toggle anonymous calling for all calls on/off, with announcement.
`#32`	Toggle anonymous calling for all calls on/off, with announcement.

💻 Hotdesking (Log in/out on a device)

Code	Function
`*35`	Toggle Hotdesking login/logout.
`*35[extension]`	Toggle Hotdesking login/logout for a specific device.
`35[extension]*[PIN]`	Toggle Hotdesking login/logout with PIN.
`*100 / #100`	Log in or out of queues depending on the current status.

⏳ Queues

`*102 / #102`	Set status in all queues to pause.

📬 Voicemail

Code	Function
`1233`	Listen to your personal voicemail.
`*96 / #96`	Listen to your personal voicemail.
`call-plan-number*xx`	Enable/disable a specific call forwarding xx (with announcement).
`1233 (voicemail box number)`	Listen to voicemail of a specific box. To change the greeting, press `*` followed by `7`.
`*96 (voicemail box number)`	Listen to voicemail of a specific box.
`#96 (voicemail box number)`	Listen to voicemail of a specific box.

📲 Call Pickup

Code	Function
`*8`	Pick up a ringing call within the entire company.
`*8[extension]`	Pick up a ringing call from a specific user. (Example: `81234` if the user’s internal extension is `1234`)
`*8[group number]`	Pick up a ringing call from a specific call group. (Example: `8123` if the group number is `123`)

🔀 Call Forwarding

Enable Forwarding

`21<number>*`	Forward calls to the specified number.

ℹ️ If the number is invalid, you will receive an error message.
