Prefix App

The Prefix app is used to add a pre-customized text to be displayed along with the caller’s number. All configuration is done in the prefix app directly.

The example below shows how the Prefix app is used for identification purposes.

When an incoming call enters the dial plan in this setup, the system automatically attaches the "Support Number" tag for compatible devices.

As above rule dictates, when a call has passed through the Queue.
The first prefix: "Support Number" will be changed into "Missed Support Call".
