Huntgroup App

A call group is a group containing one or more devices. The call group app allows an incoming call to be forwarded to one or more internal or external numbers. You can add both internal (company) devices and external devices (landline or mobile numbers).

Under "Choose user," select the employee(s). Enter the internal number or name of the colleague, or click the arrow in the bar. When you see the colleague's name, click on it and then click on + Add.

With the "Ring Duration," you can specify how many seconds each device rings. If they ring simultaneously, it indicates the total time. If the devices ring one after the other, multiply the number of seconds by the number of devices.

Ring Order
Choose from the "Ring Order" options:

  • All at once (all devices are called simultaneously)

  • One more at a time (logged-in users are added one by one until someone answers, or until all users are called simultaneously)

  • In turn (the incoming call is offered to users one by one in the order listed until someone answers)

  • One by one (one by one in the listed order)
