Forwarding App
The forwarding app allows you to forward an incoming call to an internal or external number. When you are in the call route, drag the app to the correct place in the route. Once the app is dropped, the following options can be filled in:
Forward to internal or external number:
Expand the list (arrow) to select an internal device or call route. To forward to an external number (e.g., mobile), enter the number in the destination field.
Call Route:
Specify whether the call follows the user’s own call route or the main route of the number if there is no answer. By default, this is set to "on" (yes). This option can only be used when forwarding internally.
Time-out:
Specify the ring duration in seconds. (Only possible if the call follows the main call route).
Number Display:
For an external number, specify what should appear on the device’s display (e.g., the company’s own number or the caller’s number). For an internal forwarding number, this cannot be set. By default, the caller's number is displayed.
Label:
You can add a description for the forwarding, which will be displayed as the name of the forwarding app in the call route. This helps you recognize where the call is being forwarded.
