🔁 Call Forwarding

🧩 1. Introduction

You can easily activate call forwarding for your own number using a simple shortcode.
This feature works only for the user who initiates it — it’s not possible to change forwarding rules within a company-wide dial plan.

☎️ 2. Activate Forwarding

To quickly enable call forwarding, dial:

*21*<number># or *21*<number>*

➡️ Replace <number> with the phone number you want calls to be forwarded to.
If the number is invalid, you’ll hear an error message.

Example:
You want to forward all calls to 0612345678 → dial *21*0612345678#

🚫 3. Disable Forwarding

To disable call forwarding, use any of the following codes:

• *21#

• #21#

• *21*

• *21*#

➡️ Disabling call forwarding restores your original call routing settings.
