Call Forwarding app
The Call Forwarding app allows you to transfer an incoming call to an internal or external number. When you are configuring the call flow, drag the app to the desired position within the flow. Once the app is placed, you can fill in the following details:
Forward to internal or external number: Expand the list (arrow icon) to select an internal extension or call route. To forward to an external number (e.g., mobile phone), enter the number in the destination field.
Call route: Specify whether unanswered calls should follow the user's personal call route or the main route of the number. By default, this option is set to "on" (yes). This option is only available when forwarding internally.
Timeout: Indicate the ring duration in seconds (only available if the call follows the main call route).
Caller ID Display: When forwarding to an external number, specify what is shown on the recipient's phone display (e.g., your company's own number or the caller's number). It is not possible to configure this for internal forwarding. By default, the caller's number is displayed.
Label: Here, you can add a description for the forwarding action. This description appears as the name of the Call Forwarding app within the call flow, making it easier to identify where calls are being forwarded.
