🧩 1. Introduction

The Anonymous Calling feature allows you to hide your phone number when making outgoing calls.
This can be useful if you want to protect your privacy or make a call without showing your number to the recipient.

There are different ways to enable or disable anonymous calling using your desk phone. Below you’ll find the available options.

☎️ 2. Make One Anonymous Call

If you only want to make one single anonymous call, use the following code before the number you wish to dial:

Dial: 31{phone number}

➡️ Your number will be hidden for this call only.
After the call, your number will be visible again for future calls.

Example:
You want to call 0612345678 anonymously → dial 310612345678

🔁 3. Turn Anonymous Calling On or Off (Toggle)

To turn anonymous calling on or off permanently, use one of the following shortcodes:

• *32 → toggle anonymous calling on or off

• #32 → same function, alternative code

After dialing the code, you will hear a voice message confirming whether anonymous calling is now enabled or disabled.
