User Presence Status
Let your colleagues know if you're available, busy, or away by setting your presence status. This helps others decide when it's best to contact you for calls or work-related matters.
You can customize your status with:
- A smiley emoji and/or a custom message
- Set your UC/Qaller BLF status as Idle, Busy, or Unavailable
Your status appears:
- Next to your profile in your UC panel
- Above your Incoming call flow in the Qaller App
- In the Smart Phonebook in the Qaller App and UC panel
- In the phonebook on the Dashboard and in the Operator Console in your UC panel
- In the recent calls in the Web Calls and Qaller dialers
