(User) Groups

Within the Users section of the company panel, you can create and manage user groups.

These groups can be used in "Huntgroups" within the telephony environment.

You can also assign permissions to these user groups, allowing them to manage dial plans. Members of the group will be able to edit the forwarding options of these dial plans in the Qaller App without giving them full administrative rights to the company panel.
