We may ask you to provide a PingPlotter trace. With PingPlotter, we can monitor the route of traffic to our network over a longer period.

PingPlotter can be downloaded for free from the PingPlotter website:

After installing, you can start PingPlotter directly from your computer.

In PingPlotter, multiple trace sessions can be started. Follow these steps:

Change the Interval from 2.5 seconds to 1 second.
In the "Enter target name or IP" field, enter "1.sip.telador.nl" and click the green "Start" button.
Click the "+" icon next to the running trace to start an additional trace session.
Ensure that the interval is also set to 1 second for this session.
In the "Enter target name or IP" field, enter "4.sip.telador.nl" and click the green "Start" button.

Let the test run for at least 30 minutes.

Finally, upload the collected traces in the active support ticket for further analysis.
