Sound App

With the Sound app, you can play an audio file within your call flow. Examples include greeting your customer or providing a closed message without the option to leave a voicemail.

Once you've added the Sound app, you'll have the option to select an audio file that has already been uploaded.

Haven't uploaded any files yet? Click on Upload audio file. You can then upload a file by clicking Upload, followed by Save.

Supported File Formats

Our platform currently supports .wav and .mp3 audio files.

The minimum specifications for audio files are:
