With the growing use of WebCalls, users needed a centralized phonebook solution. Since many already use contact apps such as Google Contacts, HubSpot, or CRM systems, Kwebbl created an integration that connects directly to these sources — so you never have to maintain multiple phonebooks again.
Once connected, your contacts automatically stay up to date across all applications 💫

⚙️ 5. How to Connect Your Phonebook
🔑 Log in to your Kwebbl UC Panel.
🧭 Navigate to Settings → Smart Phonebook.
🔍 Choose your preferred integration.
🔗 Click Connect.
🪪 Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize access (e.g., sign in with your Google or CRM account).
✅ Once connected, synchronization will start automatically.
💡 Tip: The first sync may take a few minutes, depending on the size of your contact list.
🧠 6. Managing Contacts
✏️ Updates made in your original source (Google, HubSpot, etc.) will automatically appear in all Kwebbl apps.
🗑️ Deleted contacts will also be removed everywhere.
🔒 Editing synced contacts directly inside Kwebbl is disabled to keep your data consistent.
