Porting international telephone numbers
Belgium
To import a Belgian telephone number, you need the following details:
Belgian telephone number(s) to be imported.
Belgian name and address details.
Belgian VAT number.
Current Belgian provider.
Belgian number portings must be activated within 8 working days following approval.
Germany
To import a German telephone number, you need the following details:
German telephone number(s) to be imported.
German name and address details.
German VAT number.
Current German provider.
Invoice from the current provider.
On average, German number porting takes approximately 15 working days before feedback is received. Additionally, if the requested date is exactly on the 15th day, it may be immediately approved and executed.
France
To import a French telephone number, you need the following details:
French telephone number(s) to be imported.
French name and address details.
Current French provider.
Proof of residence at the provided address in Paris (this can be an internet or current telephone invoice showing the address).
Outbound calling is not permitted.
Spain
Company name or first and last name.
Proof of residence or establishment at the provided address in Spain (this can be an invoice from an internet connection or current telephone provider, maximum 3 months old).
For companies: company registration documents must be provided.
United Kingdom
Outbound calling is not permitted.
Only business usage is allowed; private use is prohibited.
Company name.
Address details in London.
Proof of company registration in the UK.
Italy
Porting form.
Current provider.
Secret code (provided by the current operator).
Invoice, maximum 2 months old.
Address details in the region of the telephone number.
Service description.
Italian company registration.
Copy of the ID of the legal representative.
VAT number.
