Introduction
Kwebbl is transitioning from Call2Teams to Qaller Teams as the standard Microsoft Teams connector. Qaller Teams is Kwebbl's own branded connector, built on a more advanced platform that gives us greater control over quality, reliability, and future development.
Kwebbl will reach out to agree on a migration date and time together with you. We recommend scheduling the migration either in the early morning before business hours, or in the afternoon when call volume is at its lowest. Based on our testing, the expected downtime is approximately 10–15 minutes — however, we cannot guarantee this, and unforeseen circumstances may extend the window. Make sure your customer is aware of this before the migration date.
