In the General Information part, you can fill in all the details from the customer. We will explain a couple fields:

Login Suffix
This is the suffix for the customer which is used in the URL for the customer to login into the panel. We advise to keep it short for the customer.

County and Area Code
Please select the correct Country and Area Code. Without the correct Area Code, the customer needs to dial numbers including the Area Code.

Technical Contact
This email address is used to send notifications, such as limit notifications.
