🎵 Hold Music

You can configure your company-wide hold music in the general settings of your company panel.

The audio file must be uploaded in .MP3 or .WAV format.

🎧 When Hold Music Is Played

Hold music will automatically play in the following situations:

⏳ When a caller is waiting in a queue
🤝 When a caller is placed on hold
