Feature Bundle Plan
Providers and Resellers can create, view, edit, and delete Feature Bundles via the Billing tab in the Provider or Reseller panel.
Feature Bundle plans can be assigned to specific organizations through the Company Settings in the Provider or Reseller panel. It is rare for each company to have a dedicated Feature Bundle plan tailored to its needs. Instead, Providers and Resellers often use the ‘bundle plan exceptions’ functionality in the Company Settings, which allows them to adjust specific functionality limits by setting exceptions to the assigned Feature Bundle plan.
With Feature Bundle, you can control which functionalities are included in a customer’s subscription by setting limits for dial plans, users, devices, and more. If a customer adds a new functionality that isn’t included in their plan or exceeds the set limit, a warning message (yellow popup) will appear. Additionally, an email notification will be sent to the company’s billing contact.

When editing a Feature Bundle, you can customize the warning message text. You can also set this text as the default for email notifications.
Currently, the following items are included in the Feature Bundle:
Dial Plans, Mailboxes, Queues, Faxboxes, IVRs, Time Conditions, Users, Devices (SIP Accounts), Trunks, Call Recording (days), Call Recording (users), Trunk Concurrent Calls, Qaller Plus, Operator Consoles, Hotdesking, Realtime API, Encrypted Calls, Web Calls.
Except for Call Recording and Encrypted Calls, all fields support a maximum of 4 digits (maximum = 9999).
The following options apply respectively to call recording and encrypted calls:
