What meaning do all fields have?

First name*:
First name user. Example: John or Front Desk

Last name:
Last name user. Example: Doe

E-mail*:
E-mail linked to the user. Is used for user specific tasks like: Password reset.
Also used in voicemailboxes/faxes if you would like to notify specific users through e-mail of new incoming voicemails and faxes.

User's number*:
Also referred to as internal number. Is used to call a user directly. Also useable for any configuration in dial plans and BLF keys.

Login:
The login name will be automatically generated.

Password*:
You can generate a password or fill in your own according to the rules. There is an option to enforce a password change by the user at the next/first login by using the checkbox.

Caller id*:
The number filled in here is the number that the user will have as external calling number.

Call anonymously:
Configure whether you want to make anonymous calls; the options are "yes" or "no".

Assign to device:
Field to connect an existing fixed device to a user.

Call recording*:
We have the option to record incoming and outbound calls.

Choose language:
Configures the language set for the user.

Choose role:
Configure the role and therefore permissions for a user.
At this moment there are 3 permissions:

1. User with access to only User Panel
2. Administrator with Company and User Panel access (Exception: No adding/deleting devices and trunks)
3. Administrator with Company and User Panel access

Qaller Plus:
Adds the calling functionality in the Qaller app.

Web Calls:
WebCalls is our browser based calling functionality.

Operator Console:
When enabled the user is able to create and use Consoles within their UC panel.

Voicemail:
Voicemail functionality for the user specific. Configurable in personal dial plan. Within Qaller app you can divert the call to your voicemailbox when this option is activated.

Fixed-Mobile Sim Card:
When enabled you are able to assign a Sim Card Device and to set the external number to be shown as fixed or mobile number connected to the user. Please note: only available in The Netherlands.

Hotdesking:
When enabled the user can make us of the Hotdesking functionality.
Shortcode for hotdesking is:
*35*[User's number]*[pincode]

Multiple Caller ID:
You can configure the user to have the ability to use multiple numbers as external numbers.
