Short overview:

Dial Plans - Determine how incoming calls are routed through the system.

Devices - Including phones and Trunks can be added and configured in the Devices tab.

Users - Can be managed in the Users section, allowing full control over company user accounts.

Reports - Provide detailed insights into the flow of every completed call. Each step is clearly displayed, making it an excellent tool for analyzing call routing and identifying issues, getting insights on call traffic and possible improvements.

Settings - Include general company preferences and integration options, such as external phonebooks or our custom API to create your own integration(s).
