Call Group App
A Call Group is a group containing one or more devices. The call group app enables incoming calls to be forwarded to one or multiple internal or external numbers. You can add both internal (company) devices and external devices (landline or mobile number).
Under Select user, choose the employee(s). Enter the internal number or colleague’s name here, or click on the arrow in the bar. When the colleague appears, click on their name and then click on + Add.
With Ring duration, you can specify how many seconds each device rings. If the devices ring simultaneously, the time specified indicates the total ringing duration. If the devices ring sequentially, multiply the specified seconds by the number of devices.
Ring order
Choose a "Ring order":
All simultaneously (Default - all devices ring at the same time) One more each time (logged-in users are added one by one until someone answers, or until all users are ringing simultaneously) In turns (the incoming call is offered to users sequentially, one after another, until someone answers) One by one (each device is called individually in the specified order)
