

AI-Summaries
With the AI Summaries feature, you automatically receive a summary of a call, almost immediately after it ends. The summary is generated based on the call recording (Speech to Text).
Requirements
⚠️ Call recording is required. AI Summaries only work when call recording is enabled for the user. Make sure this is configured correctly before activating the feature.
The feature is active for all users within the platform who have call recording enabled.
Activating
Go to the Company Panel.
Open General settings.
Toggle "Create AI summaries of recorded calls" to Yes.
By default, the feature is only active for external calls.
Enable for internal calls
Want to apply AI summaries to internal calls as well?
Toggle "Also apply to internal calls" to Yes.
Choosing an AI model
You can choose from multiple AI models for generating summaries:
OpenAI / ChatGPT – Hosted outside the EU | ISO 27001 | SOC 2 Type II
Strong in accuracy and language quality
Data is processed outside the EU
Privacy Policy - Trust Center
Mistral AI – Hosted in the EU | ISO 27001 | SOC 2 Type II
Data stays within the EU
Slightly less mature than OpenAI

Select the desired model via the model selection in the settings.
Receiving summaries by email
It is possible to automatically send the summary to an email address.
Toggle "Send AI summaries by email to the user" to Yes.
The email address used is the one configured in the user settings.
Sending summaries via webhook
You can also automatically forward summaries to an external application via a webhook.
Toggle "Send AI summaries via webhook" to Yes.

Viewing summaries
After a call ends, the summary is available in two ways:
CDR Reporting – Click on a call to expand it. The AI summary appears next to the existing call flow.
Email – When the email option is enabled, you receive the summary directly in your inbox.
The summary contains an overview of the call, notes, tags, and any action points.
Retrieving summaries via the Realtime API
🔜 Coming soon – Via the Realtime API it will be possible to retrieve AI summaries programmatically. This enables integration of summaries into external systems or custom dashboards. Please refer to the API documentation once this feature becomes available.
